BP - Yes, this is great news! Good research!!!!! I feel like a surfer on my board that just spotted a set headed my way. The set of waves is so huge that I’m paddling out to catch the first wave and work it all the way to shore. BahamaPete: I also confirmed with a phone call to the OTC Market group and asked them the following questions;

I am invested in a company, "not mentioning INQD" that had a Shell Risk warning sign posted since last year and it was removed today, why? He said they would only remove it if the company has showed them proof of financials coming. I said why would the delinquent warning still be posted and he said it should change status when the filing takes place and could not comment on when that will happen, since he did not personally remove the sign.

I hope it happens tonight and we start seing the filings or JV with Fincann take place. GLTA

I dug this up on the otc website...confirms exactly what you have said per your phone call regarding removal of shell risk.

"this designation is made at OTC Markets' discretion based on an analysis of the company's key financial data."

Ive been long on this one since .0001 and so enjoying these green days especially when no posts from everyone's favorite pessimist :)
