Someone ... asked JF what would be the Majic number that there will be NO ... RS and that person said JF said approx .75 I do not know how true that is. BUT, it does sound good to me. And JF did say that "its better if there is no RS" the aultimate damage is done to the share holders. He didn't say no, But his implications lead us to believe that would rather not do a RS.
