Your case is pretty simple. Don't mention death to other IH members. If you want to mention death regarding political figures, well you may get a knock on your door from a 3 lettered agency, but not a 2 lettered agency (IH).
Everyone gets your beef, but You are missing the IH TOU which does not allow what you said with anything regarding death or physical damage to another poster.
I like your posts, I like your style, but I agree with IH that you crossed a line, their most steadfast line.
