100% accuracy in music recognition -- that has nothing to do with the ability to provide helpful reporting information. And now that we see that many stations don't comply (just like venues) and seem to be able to get away with it (that would be their preference), then perhaps it won't even matter to those stations if Soundstr is 100% accurate in recognizing their songs.
The lack of standards and enforcement IS a factor against us at the moment. How much is anyone's guess. That may be the most logical reason why the company doesn't seem to be in much of a hurry to get Soundstr into the stations -- maybe the vast majority of radio stations simply don't care and even getting a free Soundstr would just be a bother at this point.
I hope not, but sure could use some real tranparency here.
