Since he did respond to email I'm willing to give a little more time but if you ask why you wouldnt be buying at these levels... let me give you one example.
It's been 3 or 4 years now but a company called Bravatech... Which is long defunct and whose owner is involved in a myriad of shareholder lawsuits... He Presented his company's future in much the same way as we have heard here. At 1 point he was some big wig in the federal government but now had this company where he was creating "partnerships" with a bunch of different Tech companies. He also supposedly had a for sure win of a lawsuit that I think he Kept promising would be settled any day now for over a year. Almost like Clock work, Every 2 or 3 weeks he announced a new JV arrangement or sales agreement with one new company after another. Kept saying the financials were due to be done any day now and I think he pushed that off for at least 6 to 9 months.
The one thing you can say to his credit is he knew how to use public relations to keep the stock viable and keep his shareholders excited. In the end almost all of these deals turned out to be krapp or they figured out he wasn't all he talked himself up to be and cancel the arrangements. When it finally dove There was nothing left at all.
Having such a high background , people took for granted he knew what he was doing And the "Partners" of the company's looked promising... Until they weren't.
I'm not saying these guys are the same but this story is unfortunately very common in the OTC.
