we also have CDMO currency (shares) to pay for an acquisition or merger that would instantly or quickly give us capacity

In case some haven't noticed, Intellia went from $87 on 6/25 to a high of $175 on 7/1. On 7/2 we have a done deal for shelf shares totaling $690 Million. They were ready to take advantage of the opportunity due to shares on the shelf by a good management team.
