Listen to Tyler’s last two interviews. He answers this question beautifully I’ll give you the basics of what he said: MJ will not be federally legalized any time soon - he says he’s sat with big politicians and regulators and have discussed this - also said seems more like a political stunt (right now) than something that will actually happen anytime soon. So the visa buyout is not something to expect in 2021 maybe not even 2022 - so why would they wait around for Visa if another suitor is willing to pay up / JV now? Brinks for example.
