Your scenario of if someone falls in front of you does not apply here.
Yes, company management has failed us but you have taken mis management to a criminal level by making accusations that it was and is being done intentionally. And you are here to state as a fact to investors that they should sell because you know for a fact that there is some underhanded dealings going on. What if you are wrong and the company gets bought out by a larger company and investors who stayed profited but the ones you "helped up" sold and lost out because you felt you were doing something good. When what you actually did was help that person up and they were shot in the back by a gunman. They were on the ground because they were being shot at but you thought you were doing something good by helping them up and instead you got them killed.
You see, without knowing all of the facts and drawing your conclusions based on limited knowledge you are actually dangerous to those around you. Look up before you help someone off of the ground.
