ZERO info that shows PCTL is carrying debt that is deemed toxic even in the SEC filing. In addition, any claims that the warrants are definitely an issue is totally unfounded and has no backing as to who owns or has control of those shares. Anyone here know who controls them? Some do...others wish they did!
