Curaleaf is way too big of an acquisition target.

I expect more than 1 acquisition in the $50-$250 million dollar range over the next 12 months.

With any luck, USA legalization occurs within that time frame so Simon can pursue regular low interest bank financing.

Village Farms looks like it might be a good target for acquisition. Jmo
