To elaborate on what's going on here with MMBF which is now MMBFD... I can't.

We're in "wait and see" mode to see what exactly will be coming. So far, the name has quietly changed from Momentum Biofuels Inc. to Vector 21 Holdings Inc. as of late. Per FINRA website, the ticker is scheduled to change from MMBFD to VHLD effective July 6, 2021:

I'm guessing the company will be prepared to inform us shareholders what this is all about soon after July 6 for their plans to operationally move forward.
