Your guess is as good as everyone else's guess on this board.

Remember one week ago most of us were just waiting for what we all think was the verdict. It was just a matter of time before what we all thought were to happen.. the more the delay the more we thought it was certainly going our way and the delay is due to the complexity in defining the compensation. But then... That much is the expertise available on this board (or not).... you can pick your own date, pick your own number and pick your own destiny and that will be one of the 7 billion opinions in the world, on this one topic alone in particular.

The only person(s) who can say clearly would be the treasury secretary or the fhfa chief or the potus. Rest all is just noise..

My opinion is that the FNMA "big drop" was a knee jerk reaction, and people are coming around and "getting" this is a remand not a loss.

Nobody likes more delays, but THIS Detour(scotus remand) , could be a short detour and we could still "go to the land of milk and honey"..after the short detour.
We are already seeing price increases from the knee jerk reaction.
