I have posted this before and should have when I mentioned it again. It is in a SEC 8K filing, Nov. 2020. This was note with terrible terms that grew from the initial 200K when created in 2018 quickly grew to over $600K. It was disputed and settled for $400K as described in the filing. Good news is the 14 million share leak out provision LOL!! This was a disputed note so I'm wondering if Jason will support it with PRs like he has for previous conversions or let them convert without. He may not in my opinion because the massive reverse split will help repair the damage. Besides, he will need some juicy PRs to keep the price from tanking again after the reverse split. The last post split period was UUUGGGGLLLYYY!!!

Subsequent to the issuance of the Smea2z Note, a series of agreements were executed which amended various terms and conditions of the Smea2z Note, resulting in, among other things, a purported current principal balance of Six Hundred Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars ($608,850), a variable conversion feature at a deeper discount to the market price, and a maturity date of 30 June 2021. The Smea2z Note was recently acquired by the current holder."

"The Exchange Note was issued as of 17 November 2020 in the reduced original principal amount of Four Hundred Thous
and Dollars ($400,000). The Exchange Note further provides as follow..."
