Good point PCTL has been sending engineers in to assist with sales support. Emmons and Patterson are sharp but this is not an effective use of their time. ACE handles multiple products and you are absolutely correct a focused Paradigm sales person dialing for dollars is key!
PCTs hospital distributor (Ace) probably makes more money placing systems than PCT does. Its my understand Ace is permitted to mark-up the lease price to hospitals to whatever they can negotiate and keep it all themselves
Not only is that dumb on PCTs part, it also allows the market for the generators to be the wild west. One hospital pays one price, another one pays a different price.
Eventually they will learn who got the better deal and be angry.. losing control of the pricing of their equipment is really a beginners screw up
