I am not exactly sure what you are talking about but I know that AMC hit over $70 that morning and there was incredible momentum. Right as we had momentum then it was announced pre-market that more shares were being introduced .
Matt Kohrs, Trey Trades all disagreed with the timing as did I. The timing of the communication that it was happening crushed momentum and its not really even something that can be argued. Momentum and perception were so important then. Did it stop a larger squeeze at that point in time? Who knows.
I do know this much though, I have not been 100 percent happy with the way that was handled.
It is commendable that they used their bonus shares to raise money for the company. With that being said, if we approve the 25 million who knows that it will not be announced right before a major squeeze. Do what you want, but I will vote no.
