It would be dilution in 2022 or whenever they decide to release the shares. I realize it would raise $$ for AMC, but you can't say it isn't dilution. It depends when and how the shares are released. The last release seemed like a dirty deal to me. Why release the shares in the middle of a run up? The timing wasn't exactly optimal. I'm long here, just like hearing both sides of it.
