Lodas, I will give you a very short cliff note version of what I see happening.
1) Amended POR 7 showed certain assets MUST be paid for and NO PROOF to date this has been carried out so more to come...I expect a few buckets of returns
2) Many filings were made on 12/8/2017 showing Doreen Logan's signature, high ranking JPM Exec signature, Charles Smith and a few others showing dissolving of WaMu 1031 Exchange, filing of a Delaware 1031 Exchange and several other filings that I have proof of but unable to show here
3) More than likely, investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012 will be a Beneficiary Recipient of a (DST) Delaware Statutory Trust, and they could always avoid legally saying there were no monies and WaMu has no assets because many assets in my view were legally moved to a DST where it is virtually impossible to get any information once these DSTs have been set up and in motion hence, NOBODY can own a Trust and no one person owns the assets
