If one infringed admit it and pay up. GOOG's reputation matters little at this point. It's been in the crapper for a while now. All their lawyers do is deflect from the issue. Subset of modules.... laughable.
Really want Chuck to go for the jugular. Google owes NetList BIGTIME....$10s of $billions as a percentage of the $1.5 trillion made over the time Google has infringed. Without this tech their revenues would be who knows what? 1/3? The search engine would not have been as popular as it is.
Bunch of liars and thieves..... NetList made Google what it is today. Now Google wants to get away with five finger theft? Shop lifting is what it amounts to on a grand scale.
