The FDIC is only responsible to the US Parliament.
Only Parliament can ask questions and receive answers.
THE FDIC IS SOVEREIGN.
Otherwise the FDIC would have received a lot of questions on this issue.
Surely you don't live in America and can't know the national laws of America.
