I doubt this is the lowest you will see MMNFF. GGP has two basic options. One, fund operations until it can become profitable, if ever. They'll either have to put more of their own money in (which means the company issues more shares to them), and there's no way GGP puts $3-$4MM a month into MMNFF. Or, sell off some of their shares. Either way, shareholders are screwed.
The second option is to sell off assets. Then what have you got? A lot less than you even have now. Sadly, I think the second option is most likely. Think about it, if GGP could get most, if not all, of their money back and move on to something else, don't you think they would? They're investors, not operators.
