This letter from Dr. Sankarshan Acharya is quite old meanwhile and nothing has been heard about anymore last years. Also - if I remember right - the attempts to get in contact with Dr. Sankarshan Acharya have failed.
Why did Alice not request a statement to this letter from the court with her hearing ? This might have been a reliable source :-)
