The out weighted preferred to common is out of the norm, but, it's important to consider that these have yet to be issued. I believe the plan for this number of preferred shares will be utilized either for growth and/or acquisitions, and yes...for a potential merger with an eye on a suitor down the road - those holding preferred shares would certainly be the beneficiary in either scenario.
You should reread your own posts: And when did the Company ever mention any plan to uplist?...or any merger? - I clearly responded to your statement, as historically publicly traded companies legally can't disclose such information, until and at such time it must be made public based on a filing.
My questions aren't veiled as an accusation, but rather posed based on your strongly worded statements. Again, you continue to declare that your knowledge about BLPG is based on you following the company for the past (6) years, and because of this you believe you know what the business plan/goal is near and longer term - that said, is it at all possible that there's non-public information that could potentially lead the company in a direction that you're completely unaware of, and does this possibly include HYPUR?
