This is true. Trump had to wait for Watt to be drug out due to hitting on the employees. He could not can him at the time or for sure he would have. You're talking about a guy who was never affraid to say you're fired if it was within his power. I'm sure if Trump were made aware of the SCOTUS decision he would volunteer his own testimony or certified written response to the remanded court.
