As you know, there are a variety of reasons for a reverse split, which does include a potential uplist - possibly, you can elaborate why you believe the RS has no connection now or in the future with an uplist. TIA

Based on the recent 10-Q, it's quite clear that BLPG is addressing the issue of debt, along with cleaning up their deficit issue going forward - no question that the reduction in share structure will greatly help with this issue, along with (as you stated) help capitalize future transactions.

That said, based on the recent filings, one can't exclude HYPUR's direct involvement with regard to the reverse split, and how this will impact their relationship with BLPG - this could potentially be a precursor of what is to come on the horizon.

Question is why would they need a more “manageable” share structure / count? 14 million shares of which 8 million left outstanding? What’s your take on that?

I'm not sure why you are under attack Omo... Sounds to me like there are a a number of scenarios that can or need to play out and you're not making certain assumptions... not putting the cart before the horse. Having said that, sounds like you may be somewhat optimistic of an increase in valuation with this ticker, whether a merger takes place or not... is that an accurate assumption?

800m shares are also more manageable shares. Why they are going for RS, i am thinking inly up list.

$hub l (know as tsn p) ran to $1 from o.0001 with 4 billion OS.

They did RS recently, they still have 1 billion after RS and is still trading above $1.
