A damn joke. Right. That is why they refer to the DD CRS in the 8K. More than likely, THAT is where the $8M comes from. Somebody gets the DDCRS, it just won't be the LAHO Shareholders.
Those that get the DDCRS are going to make some REAL MONEY. It just won't be LAHO shareholders doing so.
Hell man, say what you will, but unless you were a LAHO SH that bought MSSV shares back when they were dirt cheap, you did NOT get a great deal in this final conclusion.
Yes, in my case, I made more than the money I put down for LAHO shares. But no one is going to convince me I should not be disappointed with the outcome. Satisfied, for sure. Disappointed, you bet!!
