You can’t really unless the company let’s you know, that’s why a confirmation here would be nice. It shouldn’t be a concern for any companies already reporting, but any dark and or non reporting companies are at risk.
Isn't OTCIQ just a service (portal) you use? I am sure they are working through the process as we are starting to see updates taking place in the OTC. Plus we just received DD from JPXPetra with them stating they are working through the process to become current.
