Or was it 31/12? 03/01? 06/30? 11/11? Choose whichever fits you best, just try to come up with a nice supportive story. Of course, you can just throw in another date like some, as it has happened for most of the times over the last years.

But be honest, it`s way more fun if there is a story covering for it, even so you need to find a new one each time, as of course, your date will come an go as a non-event.

6/30 is a date in which we think they have to disclose some things
8/1>>>>>>>> is the earliest most likely time when they can issue shares if they plan on doing so.

We may see some indication 6/30 that something is STARTING to take place or happen but when it really starts imho is up in the air

8/01/2021 was a date that came up for buybacks from the cash generated from a sale. However, it also came up that coop could also state this would be the opportunity for the ownership change repeat of 2018….where ceo made 20 million bonus and chuck made 2 million bonus. However if they use the p’s for debt collateral again. The catch is since we are out bk and the LT is done and gone, they have to catch up on interest payout first…..you simple can not just keep hiding money to pay debts or self indulgence….

The 6/30 dates came from angry coffee lady source who got it from another source then passed it to AZ source who is stating the same story and then got it from another source that was in a memo and if AZ states the source under the patriot act we would never hear from him again. AZ is a very important person….he is the man!

June 30 was the date mentioned in AGs SDNY suit.

Aug 1 is the date in which merger restrictions allow another change of ownership. This was mentioned in the shareholder presentation.
