Really nobody knows 100% for sure until it gets there, but I believe it is going to the dollars... quite a few of them if everything pans out as it is looking it is so far. They tweeted again that even more updates are coming. I'm guessing it's related to this huge mining deal recently announced as this new deal is incredibly huge:

I believe that the team here with WSRC is very credible based on their previous legitimate deal they already have dealing with their $40.5 Million in water rights from their over 4,000 acre-feet of ancient water:

Actually, the water rights appear to have gone up to being worth $46,999,154 giving hem total Assets to be $47,698,643 per the WSRC filing:

I believe this management team here with WSRC would not announce such a deal of this magnitude unless they were ready to move forward in short order in some very major ways.
