WSRC was never real before, why would they start now? With the mention of platinum group metals on this mining property......it's a scam.

My guess (And not much of one at that) is that this news will prove to be a big nothing.....

I mean, come on, Claiming a possible $3.2 bn in rev's from some old claims? Geesh.

Those stating that Silver State Mining Group, Inc. does not exist are mistaken. It can be found on the NV SoS website. Admittedly, the corporation was created yesterday. It is likely that the company WSRC is negotiating with created a new subsidiary, and will transfer the ownership interest in the mining rights and sell 70% of that entity to WSRC while retaining 30%, allowing for this to be structured as an equity deal with a clean company.

It is also important for all to realize that WSRC also has several pending green energy projects as well as well as the HAIZ venture. As always, it makes sense to be cautious and research there is certainly a great deal of potential here.
