I mean it has traded in total 114M shares since it hit .21, it traded 168M alone between .01 and .04 and another 70M .04 to .07

And the stock traded about 6 weeks with a VWAP over .15

management no more failed to deliver than they had anything to do with it running to .21 in the first place, so yes it was pumped and hit .21 on not that much and somehow management failed to deliver made up claims of news that was suppose to come.

So I can admit clearly what happend, an OTC stock quickly ran 10x on hype and then slowly bleeds down as the hype was based on false info to begin with

3F, can we get you off the fence and ask you to take a stand now? Would you advise people to sell or not? I owe you a debt of gratitude to introducing me to CUBT, but saying it may be a scam when I see it differently--so differently that I have accumulated 70% of my total position now at .09 and under.

Do you think someone who believed your insistence that the Name and Symbol change would be followed by press releases (and bought in at, say, $0.15) should take advantage of this lower price to average down at the current price of $0.085? Should they sell at a loss?

You made it very clear that you were responsible for the stock maintaining its high price even after a 1500% plus gain. But, like every stock investment, there are two decisions to be made--when to buy and when to sell. Or when to take some profits in case there is a substantial pullback.
