Amazing isn't it... no real horrible bad news other than they need more money which will come ..just not at the moment apparently.
look at ... P.ug power somehow they missed qtr earnings and yet the magical market thinks they should be UP $3.00 how does a company who misses earnings actually trade higher. THAT makes no sense to me.
