Um really? this happens with penny stocks all the time. ALP$ was doing $30M in revenues and was trading at .03, nothing changed and it then ran to $9
Such is penny stocks which run on volume and momo and little to do with the underlying business being legit or not. Most penny stock traders would rather pump a shell going current than support a real company while they wait for news
