Does it really matter what my broker says? or what you & I think about this issue? No. It's just confirmation of how stock trading is rigged by the money people. It's all a gamble. you can chart yourself crazy, do all the DD in the world, but when you buy a stock you are gambling (whether you are short or long). And we know who runs the show. And it sure ain't the U.S. Government.

I think your assessment is correct. If I recall correctly, the purchase price for the 9.6 million shares was about $56, which would indicate it was purchased earlier in the day, not right at the close when the price was $59+.
