That XOMA gets some royalty from DNA on Lucentis has been disclosed; I was looking for a quantitative assessment of the royalty and I also wanted to know if XOMA gets a royalty from NVS on ex-U.S. sales.
Even where the exact royalty rate in an agreement is confidential, in many cases a company will disclose the number with a wink and a nod. I was wondering if that’s the case here but I guess it isn’t.
