No I don't work for the CEO. I can't and don't believe a word out of his mouth to many promises with no proven results over the years. All he knows how to do is dilute shares it seems. I just know the BS that happened with the spin off of LOFB, going on four years, no shares yet as promised. We bought the VGID shares, owned the VGID shares on the cut off date and "now promised Nov 2021 to get them"?

It is obvious this stock was at .0001 and ran to almost .003. People buy and sell at all prices in between. The way a Pump and Dump works is buy low and sell high to the gullible. The SNTX spin off is just another "promised" spin off? Who knows just similar is all I am saying. I am saying one can be suspicious?

I have said for the longest time if this Spin off is a sham, and people end up being scammed, losing money, file a complaint with Finra.org, and or the SEC.

I am sure many of us filed complaints with Finra.org, and the SEC for the LOFB spin off. We have had almost four years to contact each other about it. Promised shares nothing delivered yet.
