To be clear, mine aren't PREM'd, but other stuff of mine that has been I'm told are secure if/when something happens. So I guess what I'm implying is that PREM'd or not you won't be cheated out of anything. Regardless, I'd get a firm commitment/explanation from the broker, in writing, regarding where you stand with all escrows. Until the day the line items disappear where they show as escrow items with their respective nomenclature, you/we should be A-OK. AZ's reply should be reassuring as well. JMO.
