Bankruptcy judges are under the Circuit Court judges with 14-year appointments do I agree with what Alice did no but she had enough balls to try.

You don't know squat of what you are talking...BK Judges have no 'end all' jurisdiction and Circuit ct of Appeals can over rule what happens in BK court,if someone who has standing 'takes leave of BK Ct' and appeals to the Circuit court. I know you will jump on the "Coffee Lady bandwagon' and beat up on AG or me with such nonsense response but right now, in another much bigger BK (yes, way bigger than WaMu) I'm in, Litigation has been 'taken away from BK court' and directly into the higher Circuit Ct of Appeals arena and the BK court has no option but to wait and go by what the Circuit Court rules...
