OWCP is an active Delaware Corporation that owns OWC Israel which is also an active business.

That is why OWCP would have to use Chapter 15 to file for bankruptcy.

Some are posting about Feldenkrais using the OWCP IP to formulate a cream - to use the patent there wouldn't be any formulation - they would manufacture a psoriasis cream according to the patent.
