"they are bankruptcy remote, but the bankruptcy court still has absolute jurisdiction over them"

How is THAT even possible?

If it's NOT part of BK, how can it be part of BK Court?
How can the Judge just take control of this?

Is she 'actually allowed' this control? Or just trying to bully her way?

And how is she able to DENY AG's ability to file in a different Court?

Can your doctor demand that you can't get a second opinion?

The other side of the bench did not have to make a case she did. Yes they answered yes and no to specific questions but did not elaborate on anything outside of yes and no. The coffee lady wanted specifics on 1% they answered it. Her source was fake and the court saw it. If she wanted to validate her source as having the right answer it was up to the coffee lady to make the suggestion. This is not the first time a “source” was used in any type of case. So here we are, the coffee lady lost posting bogus information maybe from DmDmd or CBA09 even AZ. Who knows. Either way we are at the same place we wait. Bk is closed. Ownership ended. The 2nd quarter ends in a few weeks EOY bs. August 1, 2021 coop starts using cash to buyback specific shares….rinse and repeat. Hey we know how the 1% is broken down..what a load of wasted time and money…
