Benny ... Clive and the so called Toxic Debt does not bother me near as much as the possible Naked Shorting/Manipulation taking place here! The Debt/Loans will be Satisfied, No Doubt about that, but without oversight, MM's can control the shareprice until Mine Acquisition/s and Exchange Launch with Naked Shorting IMHO! I guess it won't matter for us Longs, eventually they will have to let us RUN! $$$$$$$$$$$!
Benny: Can we share holders legally challenge this Clive fellow as a class damaged by his reckless behavior? Is there a lawyer or paralegal in the house?
