ACA decision was to "Duck" (sp?)

and it was 7-2 --- with two judges simply saying we should have ruled on the merits without (I did not read their report) saying which way they would rule on this SLICE ---

Implication for FNMA

The notion - idea - thought that there is NO DAMAGE in FNMA (sort of what they said in ACA) --- IMO is off the table

I really do hope they rule --- if only at minimum to say the lower court has the right to adjudicate the actions of the ugly and uglier conservators
