LMAO! So what. This report does not evidence short selling and takes into account the T+2 settlement date in that a significant amount of the shares traded are not delivered until 2 days later on settlement date. In fact, the report linked and posted expressly makes this clear:

Please note that fails-to-deliver can occur for a number of reasons on both long and short sales. Therefore, fails-to-deliver are not necessarily the result of short selling, and are not evidence of abusive short selling or “naked” short selling
