For those who really don't know any better,

10 : 1 ( ten FOR one ) is not a REVERSE split.

"A reverse stock split divides the existing total quantity of shares by a number such as five or ten, which would then be called a 1-for-5 or 1-for-10 reverse split."

There will never be a reverse split and most likely no conversion either. You hav a chance to get almost 3/1 if you sell Prefs and by com’s tomorrow. That will be the only conversion besides the 1/1 that will come when the get rid of Prefs and re issue new Prefs for institutional buying for capital growth.
