mngt, IF you look at this company from a distance you can see that JF used the investors from GZFX to start several separate companies without going through the separate SEC process for each...now the PR's state that GZFX funded those companies, so the question of every stockholder should be "How much interest in those companies do my shares of GZFX equate to?"...In other words, how much of LITV do the stockholders of GZFX own, as it was PR'd that GZFX funds were used to buy LITV....I hope the next Q addresses that percentage as the material even occurred in that quarter...
