The announcement in July should read something like this:

"quarterly distribution for the 2nd quarter of 2021 of $0.8255 per common unit or $3.3020 per common unit on an annualized basis"

If we are fortunate, SUN may increase the dividend, as they have gotten rid of old debt and replaced with newer debt at more favorable terms.
