Yes, I do remember his public references to the R/S, especially after listening to one of his interviews as the PPS was hovering around 1 - 2 cent range. He publicly stated that a reverse split would not happen at the PPS levels as they were at that time, but it could happen at higher levels in order to get on a bigger board, but now as he continues to drive this company into the ground, he may do one just to save his ars and keep the company afloat. I do not remember him saying that he would dilute this to the point that he maxes out his ATM (A/S) and is forced to perform a R/S to save the company from crumbling. Am I wrong, or did I miss something over the past 6 - 8 months because I have not been paying as much attention to this as I previously did when I was a shareholder.
He did say a reverse split was possible, but at much higher levels like 5 - 10 cent range. Will we see those levels again? IMO, not unless the share structure is dealt with.
