One thing that OTC Markets wants to see is a plan going forward to getting current by Sept. NSPT would have that with SSM getting hold of the ticker for custodianship. No doubt they've already sent an email or letter to OTC Markets showing their plan and that they just got hold of this ticker last week.
It's all good here, we'll be Pink current before Sept 28th or have the docs filed waiting on OTC Markets. If SSM wouldn't have been awarded the custodianship last week I would have sold my shares.
