I suggest you check what happened to SPZI. I used to own about 1% of the O/S before I sold 15 million shares. It was dead for more than 10 years with no quotation. Then as from January 8 this year it started trading in the Grey Market again and from the end of March on the pink sheets. It is a shell with hardly any assets. This would be impossible I think if you are right.
