No such thing as never before. Around the year 2002 I witnessed a Pink Sheet company reverse split 1 for 10, or more. That reverse dropped share prices about 90%

then the same company did another reverse and 90% decline again. I will disclose the company name only via private message. In that case management was fired. They had robbed every penny the company formerly possessed.

In the 1970 through the early 1980s I expected around a 20% decline.

CYDY is a special case. It is not an average company. A Reverse will be looked at as a huge negative. Price will drop. New management will hold the keys. New shareholders or very sharp current shareholders can make a fortune if it plays out how I believe.

I have yet to see a reverse split drop a stock 50%.


Must not have looked much then. It is very common for an OTC company to lose even 90% or more of its value after a RS.
