Latane- I’m definitely leaning that way as well , maybe they have a good plan but until we know for sure what that plan is and it’s effects on us . If we change we might well be swapping a Witch for the Devil .

There is no logic to this thought process. The 13d is comprised of investors, many who have held millions of shares since 2012 or so and many who continue to add (see the 8ks). Why would they support a plan to take control of a company only to conduct an RS and sell the company for a loss? That would result in them losing millions of dollars.
Yes. By all means go down with the ship. You alluded that investigation was your business. Even a little NP investigation over the past 12 months has to demonstrate to even the most dense business minds that the NP experiment is an abject failure.
